Spring Break 2012

Somewhere out there, some college students are partying it up. Somewhere out there, some cruise ship is falling apart. Somewhere out there, some family is in Hawaii. Somewhere out there, some kid is sitting at home. BINGO! That’s me. Just sitting at home. I’ve been doing other things. Really random things, though. Making sock puppets, hosting my own fashion show, etc… But spring break is fun. I remember a few years ago, I went on a cruise for spring break. THAT was fun. Having hardly any supervision. Just running around the ship with my  friends from church. Good times. Then, last year I don’t think we did anything special, but that’s OK. I guess it takes time to recover from paying for a cruise.

I’ve been reading the Hunger Games, lately. Out of everything to do. She’s a really good author. I have about 10 things highlighted within the first three chapters. There are so many good quotes in that book. “Better not to give in to it. It takes ten times as long to put yourself back together as it does to fall apart.” Anyway, I also went to the movie two days in a row. First with friends, then with family. During the middle, my mom leaned over and said, “Why did you take me to a movie where children are killing other children?” Then afterwards, she told me she was glad that she saw it and that it was well done. I just thought that was funny (Mom, if you’re reading this, you have to agree- :))

Well, since that’s all I’ve got say, here’s a little video I put together in honor of Spring Break:
